For everyone – free and paid users – we offer webinars. They range from basic introductory ones to deep dives into maps, tables, and our API.
For users on Datawrapper Custom or Enterprise plan, we offer a free online training session for your team. This session typically takes place during onboarding, though you can always schedule one later.
What to expect in your training session
- Approx. 90 minutes long including a Q&A session
- Designed for users at all levels, from complete beginners to advanced users
- Webinar format using an online platform of your choice (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)
- Covers the basics of Datawrapper with live demos
- Customized to your team's needs and usage of Datawrapper
- Resources (slides, datasets, and recordings) will be made available after the session
How to book a training session

- If you're a new customer, our Support team will reach out to schedule a training session as part of your initial onboarding.
- If you're already on a Custom or Enterprise plan but haven't received a training session yet and would like to schedule one, reach out to support@datawrapper.de.
How to get the most out of your training
We want you to get as much out of the training as possible. To make sure we can tailor the training nicely to your team, we recommend that you share the following information with us:

Is there something specific you'd like to get out of the webinar?
We also recommend preparing questions– maybe even after having a short look at Datawrapper already. We'll have enough time to cover them.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can attend the training?
There's no limit to the number of attendees.
We've only purchased 20 licenses. Can we invite more people to the training session?
Yes. Feel free to invite anyone from your organization who might benefit from using Datawrapper in the future, no matter the number of licenses you bought for now.
Do you offer training sessions for more advanced users or on specific features of Datawrapper?
We have done training sessions and longer workshops on specific topics or for more advanced users, but this isn't something that is included as part of the initial onboarding. Reach out to support@datawrapper.de if you have any specific requests.
Can I book multiple introductory training sessions?
Yes, but they won't be included in your onboarding. Reach out to support@datawrapper.de to learn about our fees for those.
