Data Vis Dispatch, September 16: U.S. politics, gender issues, and the economy

This week, we start off with a balanced mix of good and bad news on climate. While progress may be slowing down due to policy changes in the United States, renewables continue to replace fossil fuel power in Europe and Brazil.
